Item can damaged

Love NS, not a fan of DreamRuns. The board came with a large chip taken out of the top sheet. DreamRuns insisted it happened during shipping but I do not believe that to be the case. The packaging the board came in was not damaged in any way, the board itself was inside a plastic bag, and the chip missing from the board was no where to be found inside the packing material. I believe DreamRuns shipped this damaged item ESPECIALLY due to the fact that it was the last in stock and they probably just wanted to get rid of it. I had my heart set on that board and the only compensation the company is offering is for me to return it… which still means, I am out a board as it was the last in stock. Do better DreamRuns.
